Who we are. iWaydii (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a mobile game focused on simple, safe fun.

1) Data we collect

We do not collect personal data (no names, emails, phone numbers).

The app uses anonymous use only (no account, no sign-in).

We collect limited non-personal usage and diagnostic data (e.g., sessions, games played, feature performance, crash reports) to operate and improve the app.

We currently have no ads and no in-app purchases and do not use cross-app tracking.

2) How we use data

To keep the app running, fix bugs, and understand which features/decks are enjoyed most.

We use aggregated statistics only and do not attempt to identify individual users.

3) Storage & location

Data is stored securely within the European Union using trusted cloud providers and standard safeguards, regardless of your location.

4) Device permissions

The app does not request access to contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location.

5) Retention & deletion

Usage/diagnostic data is retained only as long as needed to operate and improve the app, then deleted or aggregated.

Because we don’t store personal data, there is usually nothing identifiable to delete. If you contact support@iwaydii.com
, we will remove or de-link any non-personal analytics associated with your app installation where feasible. Uninstalling the app clears local app data on your device. Aggregated statistics (which cannot identify you) may be retained.

6) Children’s privacy

iWaydii is designed for users 12+ and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data.

7) Third-party services

To distribute and operate the app, we rely on trusted cloud infrastructure and app store services (e.g., Apple and Google), which may process non-personal diagnostic information under their own policies.

8) Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version.
